Webakainu. on a serious note, i feel like it's a scar he got during battle on marineford. Both Luffy's and his scar would be reminders of the war. Even as a Marine, I feel like he didn't like some of the things that happened in the war either. Or maybe it could be a reminder of what his role as a Marine is. (i didn't mean the akainu thing btw) WebAlex did look a fair bit intimidating with all his tats, general body build, and stage-presence, but this 'scar' really doesn't make me think any better.
