WebApr 12, 2024 · I just did my 1 hr test today. My doctor told me that the 1 hr is more of a “screening” and the 3 hr is the one that is more accurate. She said bc of this they are a little more strict with the number on the 1 hr. So if you pass the 1 hr you’re for sure good, but if you fail it doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll fail the 3 hr.
