The 4910 is nearly the same saw as the 501p. I have both the 501p and the Stihl 251. They are very comparable. It's really hard to tell a difference in power or weight.

That is , there is no metal to metal contact with the spark plug tip. Can someone help me verify if that's how the thing is designed or is that a defective spark plug cable/coil.
