WebColoplast and Hollister struggled to stay on for 6 hours, but the Eakin would last 12. I personally believe it's because the adhesive is much much better on the Eakin products. Ultimately I ended up using another product from the makers of Eakin, because I felt the most comfortable with the quality of the adhesives in that stable. WebAug 16, 2024 · I ditched the rings and went for the coloplast patch. I use the 4X4 inch sheets and cut to the dimensions I want. You do have to cut a hole so a hole punch the size of the stoma is needed. I use a new-hope punch. The patch seems to deteriorate slower than the rings. Plus it seems to heal the skin for some reason.
