WebCrystal Reports gives you two ways to sort data. You can sort it in ascending order, which means from smallest to largest (A to Z or 1 to 9). You can also sort it in descending order, which means from largest to smallest (Z to A or 9 to 1). To sort data in your report, go to Report>Record Sort Expert.
